TEENS

COVID has created a rise in trauma, isolation, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors among teenagers. Now more than ever it is important that teens have a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental place to navigate their experience of being a teen during the COVID pandemic along with the stresses and struggles that come with being a teenager.

I work with tweens and teens ages 11-17 who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Bullying

  • Chronic Fear

  • Depression

  • Difficulties with peers and siblings

  • Geek/Gaming

  • Gender Dysphoria

  • Gender Identity

  • Identity and Self Discovery

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Loss and Grief

  • Nightmares

  • Questioning LGBTQIA+

  • Self-Harm

  • Social Anxiety

  • Suicidal Ideation

  • Trauma

All Sessions Take Place Online at this Time

They are 45-50 minutes in length and cost around $100 - $150 or through Cigna & Anthem Insurance. I do offer a sliding scale fee for special circumstances.

If you are LGBTQIA+ youth who is 13 and over and have either been kicked out of your home, or if it is dangerous for your family to know your identity I will work with you to make sure you are able to receive the services and resources you may need.
